Thoughts on Technology

As technology rules our present and future, it is good to obtain the newest knowledge as early as possible. In today’s society, children learn faster and can adapt to changes relatively easily. If children are so adaptable to learning this way, then we as leaders in the schools should find useful ways of using technology.

If this is the case, then should teachers be required to take techology classes yearly to stay updated? Should students do the same? Or should us as school leaders be the ones required to take care of that for our students?
